Delaware
- Delaware’s Screening for Life program provides payment for cancer screening tests to qualified Delaware adults. The program is a cooperative effort of the Delaware Division of Public Health and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). - The Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA) program provides aid - including health insurance assistance - to trade displaced workers who lose their jobs or whose hours of work and wages are reduced. Health care benefits include a 65% advanceable and refundable tax credit that can be used for health insurance coverage such as COBRA or continuing individual market coverage. Those with questions about their eligibility or the program may call the Health Coverage Tax Credit Customer Contact Center at 1-866-628-4282, or go to www.IRS.gov (key word HCTC).
